David Packman

Co-founder, StarlingRock

David is the technical half of StarlingRock, and spent twenty years on the commercial side before that. He designs and builds the growth memory systems that let a business ask what it knows about its own growth and get a straight, sourced answer.

He came to the problem as a practitioner rather than an observer. He has led growth and revenue teams across HealthTech, FinTech and FCA-regulated insurance, twice as a chief growth officer, run global marketing for a digital business trading in more than fifty countries, and founded and scaled a digital agency of his own. That is where the idea started: he has briefed the agencies, commissioned the research and watched expensive commercial knowledge quietly evaporate between one quarter and the next.

The technical half came later, and it is what he does now. He builds intelligent systems for a living: multi-agent platforms, workflow automation and the knowledge systems that keep AI answers grounded in what a company actually knows. That discipline is behind every StarlingRock build: capture the knowledge, connect it, and make it something every team can use. StarlingRock is what he built to stop the forgetting.
